Wow – the show is over and now all that’s left is capitalizing on your investment. Don’t forget to:

1. Follow up with leads
Within 10 days of the show your leads should be receiving some form of contact from your company via email, mail, phone or in person.

2. Contact the press again.
Send out press releases about the success of the show.

3. Purchase the show visitor database for follow-up.
Some attendees may not have gotten to your booth but they still may be in your target market. If nothing else, this database may provide you with information you might be missing from your lead generation forms and could save you time and money.

4. Contact your clients who missed the show – offer them the show incentives as a value-add

5. Analyze the goals you set. Did you achieve them? What could you have done different
